Fr Peter Jackson

Fr Peter Jackson came to Holy Trinity Nice in October 2014.  Before coming here, he was Vicar of Christ Church, Southgate, a large North London parish with a strong choral tradition. He was previously Chaplain and Faith ConfirmedHead of Religious Studies at Harrow School for almost twelve years and served as Associate Rector and Director of Education at St Patrick’s Church and Day School, Washington DC for two years before going to Southgate.
He has broadcast for the BBC and written a number of books, including Faith Confirmed, a confirmation preparation book, published by SPCK, which has had two editions and sold over 80,000 copies. An edition adapted for use by the Episcopal Church has just been published by Forward Movement in the USA.

Fr Peter is an alumnus of St Peter’s College, Oxford University and St Stephen’s House, Oxford University.  He was ordained priest in 1980.
